The newest player of Burnley plays his first match while proving his values in good match performance.

Andros Townsend is the newest player of Burnley and has been present for 12 minutes in the last meeting against Real Betis.

Though a friendly, Townsend gave good signs against Betis and he expects many minutes in the Premier League this season. Townsend came as a free agent from Everton. He missed the whole season due to a knee injury and this season returns to play in a new club.

The coach saw the match as a positive test and said that the pitch conditions made it difficult to perform.
