The condition of Brian Robb, a sideline worker injured during a collision with Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis, has been revealed. The incident happened during Sunday’s game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, it was confirmed that Robb suffered a broken leg and underwent surgery on Tuesday to repair the damage. Thankfully, he is expected to make a full recovery.
Titans reporter Jim Wyatt shared that Levis spoke with Robb after the incident, wishing him a speedy recovery. However, Levis faced some criticism for not immediately checking on Robb after the collision, which happened when Levis was sprinting toward the sideline to gain a first down early in the game. Unable to slow down, Levis collided with Robb, who fell hard to the ground in obvious pain.
While Levis quickly got back up and returned to the field, Robb was left clutching his ankle. The moment sparked conversation online, with some fans expressing disappointment in Levis for not checking on the injured worker. “Prayers up to the ball boy,” one person wrote, while another added, “Not a good look for Will Levis.”
Robb was later seen on the TV broadcast with his leg in an air cast, being carted off the field but giving fans a thumbs-up as he left.
As for the game, Levis completed 16 of 27 passes for 95 yards, with one touchdown and one interception, but the Titans fell to the Colts 20-17. Joe Flacco, the Colts’ quarterback, threw for 189 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The Titans now face a tough challenge ahead, with a road game against the Buffalo Bills.
