Saudi Arabia will organize the FIFA World Cup in 2034 after being the only bidder for this competition.
Australia was the nearest competitor but it was retreated after being given a 25-day period to reconsider the bid. FIFA closed unexpectedly the bid on Tuesday at 16:00 giving the right of the organization to Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, this was a personal win for his highness Mohamed bin Salman, who was very active on the topic insisting on the right to organise the competition.
Saudi Arabia has already worked to be ready with all the infrastructure and the stadiums. They have already created the basis to organize the Cup, with Cristiano Ronaldo as their football ambassador.
