Paris Saint-Germain has a new head coach and is called Luis Enrique, the challenging Spanish has arrived in Paris and held his first press conference as PSG manager. Will Luis Enrique be able to achieve the goals? He has time until 2025 after signing a two-year contract.

2021-2022 season and €147.50m for the 2022-2023 season. While the players who left the PSG team in 2021-2022 are: Mitchel Bakker for €7.00m was transferred to Bayer Leverkusen.
Alphonse Areola and Pablo Sarabia were loaned out. Areola to the West Ham United team for €2.00m. The same loan fee was for Sarabia,€2.00m. Now Alphonse Areola plays for the West Ham team and Pablo Sarabia plays for the Wolves team. So most of the players left were given in the form of loans and the money collected from these players is €11.00m. While in the 2022-2023 season, the money collected from the departed players reaches the figure of €59.30m. Some of these players are Rafinha, Julian Draxler, Idrissa Gueye, Thilo Kehrer, Ander Herrera, and many other players who came out of the PSG academy. While the 3 Argentines of PSG: Ángel Di María, and Leandro Paredes are at Juventus, while Mauro Icardi is at the Galatasaray team.
Paris Saint-Germain team
This summer’s transfer market has just begun. For the new 2023-2024 season, PSG has approached Marco Asensio from Real Madrid as a free transfer. Also, as free transfers, they brought Milan Skriniar the wall of the Nerazzurri team, Inter. While the striker Hugo Ekitiké was finally bought by the Stade Reims team for €28.50m.

While Leo Messi was transferred as a free player in MLS to Inter Miami CF team. So far, Paris SG has spent €28.50m and collected €6.50m.
The future of Kylian Mbappé, who is currently one of the best players in the world, remains in question. By approaching coach Luis Enrique, PSG hopes to convince the 24-year-old to stay. Meanwhile, President Nasser al-Khelaifi has prepared a new contract for Mbappé as he did not want to lose the French next year

The career of Luis Enrique
Luis Enrique has a rich career with clubs and the Spanish national team. When he was a player, he played with Barcelona and Real Madrid. While he started his career as a coach in 2008 with Barcelona B.
In 2011-2012 he was coach of AS Roma and in 2013-2014 at Celta de Vigo. His most successful period was with Barcelona from 2014 to 2017. He won the 2015 UEFA Champions League, 2 times La Liga,
and 3 times Copa del Rey. While he managed the Spanish national football team from 2018 to 2022.
Spain under his leadership reached the semi-finals of EURO 2020 and UEFA Nations League runner-up in 2021.
