Papu Gomez will not be part of active football for the next two years for a prohibited substance that he got before the World Cup.

According to Relevo the source of the prohibited substance is his children’s syrup that the player has used in Seville.
But this has not been a sufficient excuse to the anti-doping authorities, which have decided already in the suspension period. The player have the right to appeal the decision regarding with its length and to gain a possible reduction.
