James McAtee is quite happy with his first performance in the first important match against Bayern Munich.
He also was part of the match with Yokahoma Marines and now this was the second test for the 20-year-old midfielder. He was very glad and said that this is only the beginning for him in this Man City journey.
“Yeah, it was good to get my first. I feel like I didn’t affect the game as much but I was happy to get a goal.”

“It’s good to be back with the lads. I was away last year but I’ve been able to come on pre-season and get familiar with the lads again and familiar with how we play.”
“We got to go out the other day, me Rico (Lewis), Cole (Palmer), and Oscar (Bobb) as well, we got to explore the city and it’s a beautiful place.
“I’m not looking forward to another plane journey, I’ve had enough of them. But hopefully, we have a good game against Atletico and try and put on a good performance for the fans.”
McAtee will have his chances to play with the first team as the coach believes in him and his skills to help Manchester City in the Premier League. He is one of the younger talents in Manchester and the future is brighter for him.
