Bellegarde made his debut for Wolves after they signed him from Stratford and Liverpool came with a renewed midfield.
Nelson Semedo made his 100 Premier League game and had a difficult duty to close Jota.
Salah has a long story with his transfer to Saudi Arabia and finally, he is fully available for the team. Liverpool played without Trent Alexander Arnold who had a hamstring injury and Van Dijk who was suspended after the red card he received against Newcastle.

Cunha is intercepted in the early minutes by McAllister who received a yellow for the challenge.
Neto made a solo run in the seventh minute and this was a perfect chance for Hwang Hee-Chan, who scored inside the six-yard box. It was the first time that Hwang found the net within an hour since January.
Semedo and Hwang organized a good action with Pedro Neto who had a good chance to send it 2-0 in the 10th minute.
Wolves were the better team in the early stages of the game and these were not good signs for Liverpool. They needed to change something in their game to be back and at the same time be competitive on the pitch.
Liverpool responded with a chance
Liverpool were so slow in the early minutes and they had a chance with Jota, who shot in the zone after a pass from Salah in the 13th, but his shoot ended wide.
Wolves had a corner in the 15th and had some great chances to send the match 2-0 in the first half. They were not intense, but concrete, especially in the last third of the pitch. Pedro Neto was the best player for Wolves and the most productive one.
Liverpool tried to attack his side with Gomez as Neto was playing as a right-fullback in a 5-2-3 formation. Neto had another shoot in the 19th, but his attempt went well wide the left post.
Wolves came in this match after had previously won with Liverpool and this time they were motivated to take another three points. Jota crossed a good ball in the 27th with Alt Nouri, who denied Salah a scoring chance.
Neto had space in the 28th, but his solo run was denied by Liverpool. Robertson cleared a good ball one minute later, with Hwang who could have done better controlling the ball with his chest in the zone. Ait Nouri had his minutes building forward as the Wolves could have done more to double the lead with the chances they had.
Wolves were brilliant in the wings
Semedo put another cross in the box in the 31st, but his ball was cleared by Matip. Jota made two brilliant dribbles with Bellegard and Semedo closing him on the 33rd. Cunha had a chance in the other end with the cross from Neto, that was perfect. That was the best chance that Wolves had to double their lead.
Liverpool tried to create with Quansah and Matip but their game was read carefully by Wolves, who had a sixth sense in this game. Jota and Hwang Hee-Chan had a 1v1 challenge, with the South Korean who had a problem in his head.
Gakpo had the best chance for Liverpool in the 39th, but could not convert.
Semedo and Neto attacked the sides in the 42nd and the home side was the better one in the first half.
Salah and Szoboslai had the best chance at the end of the first half with Cunha who responded with a deflected shot in the second minute of two minutes added time.
The second half started with Luis Diaz replacing Alexis McAllister. He had a chance with Szoboslai giving him an inch-perfect cross, but his header ended wide in the 47th. Cunha responded on the other end, with a solo run, but his ball ended in the hands of Allison.
The second half was speaking for the Reds, with Diaz who had something more in his game. Klopp decided to interfere but his team had a surprise for him.
Salah shots in the zone in the 55th and this served as a perfect assist for Gakpo, who found the equalizer.
Gakpo left the field one minute later with Darwin Nunez coming in and Diogo Jota was replaced by Harvey Elliot.
Gary O’Neil replaced Hwang Hee-Chan with Matt Doherty and Matheus Cunha with Fabio Silva in the 60th minute.
Wolves at minute 65′, thought about their first half the way they could have sorted the match. Hugo Bueno was in for Alt Nouri out and they needed to make calculations with a Salah in the fast track.
Nunez could have made it all the way in the 69th, with a 1v1 with the keeper chance, but Jose Sarr denies his attempt.
More replacement coming
Szoboslai was fouled in the 72nd, and the Wolves could protest for a foul. The Hungarian midfielder had later a chance to score, with his shoot that ended over the crossbar in the 75th.
Doyle who is on loan from Manchester City was on the pitch for Bellegarde and Lemina left place for Boubakar Traore in the 78th.
Semedo had a great chance to put Wolves ahead in the 81st, but his shoot inside the area was blocked by Matip.
Klopp gave the chance to Ibrahima Konate replacing Jarrel Quansah in the 83rd, who was injured.
Liverpool wins it at the end
Andry Robertson doubled for Liverpool in the 86th after combining with Salah and sending. Dawson was so desperate allowing the second goal so easily in the center of the defence.
He and Kilman had a very good performance at this stage of the game.
Harvey Elliot scored in the 91st minute of the game, Salah provided a short pass for him and his shoot touched the right post and found the net.
Salah walked off for Ryan Gravenberch and he had some regrets finding the net in this match.
Luis Diaz said hello to Jose Sarr once more but the keeper took his greetings as positive feedback and saved his shoot in the zone in the 96th minute.
After eight minutes of added time, Gravenberch had the chance to make it four, but he was blocked by Kilman and Hugo Bueno.
The match ended with a Liverpool win, securing the Reds the first place in the table.
