The outer shell of the ball is designed for more accuracy and does not provide a change of trajectory, so the footballers have it difficult to shoot knuckleballs. But this does not mean that we will not see shots from a distance with the aerodynamics of the ball that makes possible strong shots.

The ceremony

This day is only the first day of the five-day ceremony in the Olympiastadion which includes meetings between the legends of this sport with the fans, a freestylers’ show, and games for the fans to try the ball.

Adidas will spread the product in other cities as well and will support a charity project of the footballer Juan Manuel Mata, called the Common Goal. This project has the main goal of helping kids with social issues around the world and it is a partner of the UEFA Foundation for Children.

All the cities are ready to host the competition with Gelsenkirchen, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Leipzig, Munchen, and Stuttgart.

Germany’s role

Each city is an important gate for the finals of this competition. This is the second time in two decades that Germany will host a major competition after the FIFA World Cup 2006.

This time it is not a World Cup but the reputation of the competition is the same and all the cities will have to play their part in order for this competition to be a masterpiece of football.

The ball itself with its colors hides the colors of the German flag but not only. It is made to express the combinations of open play and will be an inspiration for the national teams.

Let’s remember that Adidas is the official partner of the German National Team and in this manner, they have made it possible with quality and dedication to bring something new and at the same time to represent the colors of the German people.

This tournament will be one of a kind because it is returned to its old form, with one or two host countries.

This makes it possible for the hosts to show the world their true values within the playing field. Germany is today one of the leaders of the EU in many aspects and this Euro will serve to bring more respect to the so-called Football Profits.

This ball will also respond to the latest technology needs of the referee squads to reduce the mistakes and bring a fair, acceptable game for the fans.
