It was a tough match and Germany managed to win it after performing well in all periods.

Meanwhile, Germans reacted in the other two periods winning the second 23-18, the third 26-25. Although they lost the fourth period 19-20, Germany won the game 81-79 and gave positive signals for the final.
The best scorer for them was Franz Wagner with 16 points. Germany produced a good performance and secured the qualification in the semis, and will play against USA.
