Press Moderator: We’ll keep the same format as with the head coach. Raise your hand if you’d like to ask a question, and we’ll do our best to get around to everyone.
Reporter: Afternoon, Benoit. We just spoke to Enzo about the competition between Premier League and European sides. Tomorrow night is a big opportunity for you to make an impression. How do you feel about that?
Benoit Badiashile: Yes, tomorrow is a great opportunity. We’re here to win this competition, so we know how important the game is, and we’ll give our best to secure the win.
Reporter: How are you enjoying playing under Enzo? Do you feel confident in your future at Chelsea?
Badiashile: Enzo is a fantastic coach and person. We share the same vision of football, and I really enjoy working with him. I definitely hope for a long future here at Chelsea.
Reporter: There were rumors about a potential transfer, but do you see yourself staying at Chelsea?
Badiashile: Absolutely. Chelsea is a big club, and I know it’s challenging to succeed here. But I’ll give everything I have to make it happen.
Reporter: What do you know about your opponents, Noah?
Badiashile: They’re based in Armenia, but honestly, I don’t know too much about them yet. We’ll be studying them with the coach to be well-prepared.

Reporter: How do you approach playing against a team you don’t know much about?
Badiashile: You have to stay professional and focused. Every game matters, so we’ll go in fully prepared and give 100% to win.
Reporter: You’re part of the squad for cup and midweek games rather than Premier League matches. Is it hard to break into the league lineup?
Badiashile: As a footballer, of course, you want to play every game. But at a club like Chelsea, there’s a lot of competition. I just try to make the most of the minutes I get and leave the selection up to the coach.
Reporter: Does Enzo explain why you aren’t starting more often?
Badiashile: Not really, but I understand how difficult it is to break into the lineup here with so many great players. I just focus on working hard and showing what I can do whenever I get the chance.
Reporter: With the EFL Cup out of the picture, is there more pressure to perform in the Conference League?
Badiashile: Yes, when you play for Chelsea, you need to aim to win every competition. So we’ll go into the Conference League with the same determination as we would for the Premier League.
Reporter: What’s it like defending against Mykhailo Mudryk in training? Do you see the potential others may not yet see on the pitch?
Badiashile: Mudryk is a fantastic player and a great person. He’s incredibly fast, which makes him tough to defend against. We’re all here to support him so he can give his best in every match.
Reporter: You’ve worked with four different managers since joining Chelsea. Is it challenging to adjust to so many coaching changes?
Badiashile: Actually, I’m used to it. I had six or seven managers at Monaco, so I’ve adapted. I try to learn from each coach and do my best with whoever’s leading the team.
Reporter: Do you feel settled in London, given the challenges and injuries?
Badiashile: Yes, I do. I love the club, and everyone here is supportive. I feel good at Chelsea.
Reporter: You play alongside Joao Felix in these midweek games. What’s he like as a teammate?
Badiashile: Joao is a top player, very smart on the field, and also a great person, like Misha (Mudryk). We’re here to help him succeed as well.
