SL Benfica have signed a technical agreement with the club from the first division in Egypt, Pyramids FC to create a circular movement of young players from Egypt to Portugal.
The agreement of the first club from Portugal with another foreign club of this international level will create many opportunities for Pyramids FC and Benfica. Meanwhile, this agreement predicts many things, including sports movements and infrastructure.
President of SL Benfica Rui Costa and vice president Manuel de Brito signed the papers together with the representatives of Pyramid FC. At the same time, Egyptian Club was represented by President Mahmoud Eid, sporting director Hany Said, and commercial director Omar Medhat.

Manuel de Brito spoke for Benfica TV saying all the steps of the agreement. He started explaining the agreement from the first phase of implementation.
“President Mamdouh Eid wants to invest a lot in training. In this first contact, we will send a technical coordinator and a coach, focused on 15–19 years. In terms of international recognition, it also shows that we are moving up the chain of clubs interested in us. ‘Made in Seixal’ is touring the world, and we will continue to grow”, said the vice president of Benfica.
